I have worked since 1988 in the nonprofit world in a variety of leadership roles including executive roles since 1997. Throughout all my career I have been blessed to have had the opportunity to work with and learn from some incredible people. I hold a Masters Degree in Organizational Leadership from Northwestern College and facilitate training/presentations on a variety of levels. My passions and strengths are around leadership, strategic thinking, and problem solving. I have a wonderful wife and 3 great daughters who are all active with music – talents they developed through their mother!
